Daisy Is the Soft Spot of the Doom Slayer
It's easy to forget that the Doom Slayer wasn't always a legendary figure capable of turning Hell's armies into paste.
He was once just a guy.
And apparently, that guy really loved his rabbit.
That tiny detail adds an unexpected layer to the character.
The Doom Slayer doesn't talk much. He doesn't need to. His actions speak for him.
But when the subject is Daisy, we get a glimpse of the person underneath the armour.
There's something oddly touching about the idea that after centuries of fighting supernatural horrors, one of the things that remains meaningful to him is a small rabbit.
It's also probably the most wholesome thing you'll find in a franchise where people routinely get eaten.
