But What About Multiplayer?
This is arguably the biggest part of Halloween: The Game.
The multiplayer mode is a 1v4 asymmetrical horror experience.
One player gets to be Michael Myers.
Four players become residents of Haddonfield trying desperately not to become entries in Michael's evening itinerary.
The basic concept is simple:
One Michael. Four survivors. One very bad night.
But the developers appear to be taking the concept beyond simply "run away from Michael until the match ends."
Civilians have to locate other residents, convince them of the danger, help them survive and ultimately escape Haddonfield.
And here's the important part:
Escape locations are randomized.
So you can't simply memorize one magical escape route and use it every time.
The locations of important items and escape routes change from match to match, forcing players to adapt.
Which means your carefully prepared strategy can apparently be destroyed by one guy yelling:
"MICHAEL'S HERE!"
