2. The Creepy Old House
Nothing says "affordable real estate" like a giant Victorian mansion with boarded-up windows, a suspicious history and approximately 47 rooms nobody has ever entered.
The realtor:
"It has character."
The previous owners:
DEAD.
The neighbors:
"We don't talk about that house."
The basement:
Definitely contains a demon.
And somehow the main characters still move in.
Personally, I would rather pay $200 more per month for an apartment where the worst thing hiding in the closet is a vacuum cleaner.
